Our Refund & Return Policy
At YACO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items not in their original packaging
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yaco.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
